You will be joining one of the most respected and leading suppliers of premium and complete solutions in cutting tools & power tool accessories industry.   • Action incoming customer orders through calls, emails and other platforms
  • Ongoing liaison with clients throughout the order to delivery process
  • Provide administration support across the sales process to BDMs
  • Prepare and raise customer quotations
  • Generate new sales leads, identify opportunities for up-selling
  • Problem solving customer queries, discrepancies
  • Systems administration and reporting as required  

Skills and Experience:

  • Previous experience in an office-based, customer care role in a similar industry
  • Superior verbal and interpersonal communication skills with a bright telephone manner 
  • Enthusiastic nature combined with unflappable, resilient approach
  • Ability to multi-task and proactively respond to changing client needs
  • Prior knowledge of CRM and application software with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Highly collaborative within a team environment, yet able to work autonomously
  • Able to demonstrate reliability with an outstanding work ethic
