About the Role
My client is currently seeking an experienced Accounts All-Rounder to join their team and manage the financial operations. You will also be responsible for Managing the office. This position will be responsible for completing high-level accounting and taxation duties for all entity types, preparing Financial Statements, Individual and Business Tax Returns, and Business Activity Statements.

Duties:
- GL reconciliations
- GL journals
- Monthly reporting / analysis
- Liaise with external accountants
- AP & AR reconciliations
- Bank reconciliations daily
- Debt collecting
- Monthly statements AR/AP
- AP invoice entries
- Filing
- Prepare payments
- Office Manager duties:
- Stationary
- Office coordination (cleaners etc.)
- ISO audit
- Tender submissions/coordination
Skills and Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in similar position
- Accounting experience
- Previous experience with preparing individual Tax Returns and Financial Statements
- Attention to Detail
- Professional work ethic displaying honesty and integrity
- Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision
- A strong, professional work ethic
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills essential
- A customer/client focused attitude
- The ability to work well as part of a team
- A drive to achieve results
- Office management experience
- Experience using SAP B1. Xero and MYOB.
