My client is a leading provider of digital identity services. That
work within the aviation, maritime, offshore, rail and transport
sectors across Australia. As an innovations company, the
software developers and administrators work together to create
bespoke solutions that play an integral part in supporting
national security initiatives for these major industries nationally.
We are seeking a reliable and motivated administration
professional who can manage internal and external enquiries
with ease and display confidence in performing administrative
duties.
Key responsibilities include:
· Verify the identity of applicants lodging a background
check
· Process applications using custom-built ID
management system
· Respond to customer enquiries via phone and email
· Support the management of customer accounts
· Delivery and support for distribution of background
check results
· Provide high quality support to internal and external
stakeholders
· Administration support to team members and
management as required.

Duties:

Skills and Experience:
· 2+ years of administration and/or customer service experience in a professional environment
· Trustworthy with a high degree of integrity
· Strong attention to detail and accuracy in a fast-paced environment
· Exceptional customer service skills and a positive attitude
· Proven ability to communicate clearly in both verbal and written forms
· Time management skills and ability to plan and organise your workload
· Ability to work as a team to deliver customer-focused solutions.
