About the Role
Reporting directly into the Operations Manager. This position holds high regard, as you would be the first point of contact and ultimately the “face” of the company. You will be required to educate clients while booking consulting appointments and capturing all the relevant client information in the CRM system.

Duties:
- Answering inbound calls from customers
- Making outbound calls to new leads
- Entering data into Customer Relationship Management software
- Processing payments for consultation
- Meeting Key Performance Indicator targets
Skills and Experience:
- Good Communication skills
- Professional Phone Etiquette
- Computer literacy – Microsoft package
- CRM system (hubspot or similar)
- Experience (or willingness to learn) in closing a sale (preferred)
- Professionalism, patience, and a “people-first” attitude
