About the Role
Our client is seeking a dynamic and passionate Estimator/Administrator who offers a positive work ethic and, a can-do attitude in all that they do!
Reporting directly to the General Manager and located in the Southern suburbs of Sydney, you will be joining a highly experienced sales team. A pivotal aspect of your role will involve acquiring a deep understanding of the business, ensuring accurate and impeccable estimate/quotes for the sales team, and shadowing them to gain insight into the position.
This opportunity is perfect for an individual with excellent communication skills, a great team player and a desire to learn and grow.

Duties:
- Prepare accurate quotations/estimates ensuring measurements and finishes are correct
- Collect and review all the relevant data related to design, blueprints, project details, budget, time factor etc.
- Collaborate with the team to develop cost estimates, including material costs, labour costs, equipment expense, and subcontractor proposal.
- Keep a thorough records of all project-related estimates
- General sales/estimation administration duties
- Working collaboratively and cohesively within the wider team
Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience in the windows and doors installation industry is desirable
- Have a good understanding of the manufacturing / building industry or any relevant industry.
- A real desire to learn and grow within the sales role
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- Highly organised with the ability to prioritise, multitask in fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft office suite and computer literacy
- Ability to work unsupervised.
- Well presented, reliable, friendly and professional
